Os funcionário foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. As zonas do hotel estão modernas e cuidadas, sendo a da piscina a mais espetacular. A localização é perfeita e o estacionamento gratuito perto do hotel permite poupar no parque pago do hotel.

A casa de banho era pequena. As zonas comuns do hotel e o bar têm cadeiras e sofás muito desconfortáveis, sendo difícil aproveitar as mesmas. Para utilizar o spa e a piscina interior é necessário marcação prévia.
