"Decoracion, y recuerdos al antiguo convento en los detalles"

Buena ubicacion y decoración. Acabado y detalles de la habitacion cuidados: limpieza; moqueta simulando piedra; ventanas y contraventanas abren y cierran perfectas, con buen encaje; bien insonorizado, tranquilo.... buenos detalles en general

Desayuno podria ser mas variado aunque esta bien, hay que esperar que te atiendan en mesa para pedir huevos, si llevas prisa puedes ir justo. puedes pedir cafe a la mesa pero es igual que el de la cafetera de "litro" que te puedes servir tu. No hay posibilidad de configurar smart tv por ej para tus cuentas de plataformas de tv.

"Great location and friendly staff"

The hotel’s location was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

We stayed during the New Year period, and the number of staff working in the breakfast area was insufficient. The same staff members were responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and clearing tables, which caused long waiting times. The buffet section was good, but the pool was very small.

"Charming beautiful hotel right in the square and walkable to all tourist locations"

The reviews do not do this hotel justice. The hotel use to be a convent which was converted to a hotel. It’s classy, modern but not too out their has they had to maintain the character and authenticity and look and feel. What really makes this hotel stand out are some of their employees - I’m saying some as there may be some slight room for improvement. Breakfast is great - with one small niggle that you can sometimes wait for 5 minutes. This is because the hostess places you first- then for some reason will start to clear up a table etch The rest of the breakfast team - hmmm with the exception hmmm Maria is the only one I would give credit to. Now the team working in the bar area - Patel, Jitan and Andrea - this hotel can be so lucky have this team. Fun polite and deliberate in that they really care about customers. Apart from that they make you want to stay and enjoy the evening in the hotel. Make the amazing cocktails hands down! T
