Die zentrale Lage mit Garage, die hellen liebevoll eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten, der sehr zuvorkommende Kontakt! All das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Eines der Zimmer liegt an einer befahrenen Straße, aber das ist bei der Lage auszuhalten.

"Great Apartment but Check The Keys for Access"

The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, spacious and had everything needed. Great value.

The access keys were confusing. We were given 7 keys and told 2 opened the downstairs door and the apartment. However one night when we arrived back at 7.30pm the metal gate accessing the 1st floor area was closed and locked. Fortunately someone leaving let us in. The next day we tried all the other 5 keys in it and none worked. The agent came the next day, gave us her key and then said we could access via the garage and level -2. We also found out via a resident there is a keypad with access code to open the gate.

"Top Appartement"

Echt top ist, dass ein Platz in der Tiefgarage zum Appartement gehört, das ist in Funchal sehr wichtig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gleich Tipps zum Essen gegeben, da wir bei der Anreise erst spät angekommen sind.

"Just perfect!"

Wirklich (fast) alles war perfekt! Tolle Lage, Tolles Apartment für 2 Pärchen oder eine Familie. Super schön groß und sehr hell. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Haben sogar eine Obstschale bekommen.

Das eine Schlafzimmer (straßenseitig) war leider seeeehhrr laut. Man konnte nie mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, weil auch in der Nacht viel Verkehr war. Vlt sollte man in diesem Schlafzimmer ein fixes Klimagerät montieren .

Great location! It was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Luz met us to hand over the keys when we arrived at 2am! She was very friendly and helpful.
