GBFacilities were clean and looked fairly new, they allowed us to leave our bags after checkout time
No communications prior to check in time (how to get into property were provided until 3pm (this was prompt however)), no Wi-Fi and we were not informed of this before we arrived and looking at past reviews it has not worked for over a month, apparently there is no eating or drinking in the room but there is only a microwave and toaster in communal area with no water, cutlery, plates, fridge. We tried to liaise about collecting bags but got no reply, luckily we were able to enter premises as keys were still in lockbox. Weird bear in front of door. Also had to leave tourist tax in pot unattended in a communal area.

Very bad experience. When we arrived, there was no key in the lockbox and we couldn’t reach the property for hours. Communication was extremely poor, and later we received unprofessional and inappropriate messages that made us feel unsafe. Booking finally helped us relocate, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Towels provided were only bath mats There was no wifi, which was advertised as being available throughout the property Only one sheet, was cold since the heater/aircon didn’t work Staff were uncommunicative and when they did get in touch they were rude, aggressive and threatening Staff numbers pinned to a board did not work Kettle in room, but no tea or coffee Microwave in the communal area, but no plates, cutlery etc Massive bear upon entry, which was quite scary arriving alone at night

The lack of communication and infrequency when there was- is unacceptable. An intimidating host, who refused to communicate clearly or consistently around local protocols such as registration of ID. Then threatened police arrest for non compliance. The breach of data protocol by asking for it over WhatsApp is also unacceptable. The WiFi never worked and when queried a reply email with numerous exclamation marks “claimed there was no WiFi “(which is contrary to the Booking.com website). Further the bathroom towels measures 45cm and again when queried- I was rudely told that is how towels are in Italy (diabolical)!
