Sie haben dieses Mal glaube ich nicht fertig vorbereitet, die Decke hat gefehlt, es lag noch Müll in der Dusche, Klodeckel war hochgeklappt, etc

Don't park on the street. Delivery cars are running and they broke our side mirror. Also into eh apartment there is a strange window above, just above the bed, you have a curtain, but it is still a strange feeling to sleep under window.

FRLe lit n'avait pas de drap de dessus. J'ai appelé les 3 n° d'urgence donnés par l'hôtel (24/24) mais personne n'a répondu. J'ai eu une personne (qui ?) avec un 4éme n° qui m'a dit qu'il y avait un drap sur un petit meuble. J'ai dit non et elle m'a raccroché au nez (elle était manifestement en famille et je pense que je la dérangeais). Nous avons dormi avec la couverture sur nous. Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le volant roulant de la porte d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas. Toutes les instructions sont fournies en italien, ce qui est gênant quand on en parle pas italien. Il pourrait donner les instructions aussi en anglais au moins.

Der Rolladen an der Eingangstür war leider kaputt. Somit war es ziemlich hell in der Nacht. Aber für eine Nacht war es okay.
ITITLa presa in giro e mancanza di correttezza da parte della proprietà. Sono stati da me avvisati qualche giorno prima della data di prenotazione che non sarei riuscita ad arrivare per il checkin del giorno 20, ma l'indomani. È stato richiesto da me espressamente se si poteva prevedere un rimborso/voucher per altra futura prenotazione di 1 notte, mi è stato confermato che sarebbe avvenuto, che non avrei ricevuto rimborsi ma avrei ricevuto a breve un voucher via mail o wa. Detto questo alla richiesta di orario per il checkin del giorno dopo mi è stato detto ore 15.00 e pertanto non la mattina come avrei potuto, avendo pagato per due giorni. Hanno così avuto altro pernottamento la notte del 20, quindi con doppio incasso e consegnato a me la stanza non un minuto prima delle ore 15.00 del 21/08 (Anche con un mio sollecito per le chiavi nella box) I solleciti per la ricezione del voucher sono poi stati diversi e pertanto comportamento assolutamente scorretto, disonesto ed ingannevole. Avrebbero dovuto piuttosto negare un eventuale voucher e farmi godere dalla mattina il mio giorno pagato. Segnalo inoltre luci nella stanza fulminate e tapparella bagno fuori uso. Non richiedono nemmeno doc. e fanno pagare la tassa di soggiorno (anonima)
