Before entering the main door there was litter all around. The WiFi never worked even though I had paid for Global Network on my phone. Difficult to message owner.

It was difficult to find as it was not sign posted from the outside . When we arrived before check in, we were confronted by a metal door, no sign. We only received entry information after check in time and it was all in Italian. Fortunately the 2 cleaning ladies were very helpful with google translate. There was no complimentary water or tea and coffee in the room. Parking was almost impossible especially on market day when we arrived.

Communication was extremely poor. We had to send repeated messages to the owner/management to ask about the check-in process and received no answer. Upon arrival, the WiFi wasn't working and again we had to send a couple of messages to ask to address the issue, stressing that I needed access for work-related purposes. We finally got a reply, but nothing happened to fix it! Very disappointing.

The staff is was rude and unhelpful. First, I have asked via booking whether and early checkin is possible. I have gotten unhelpful and impolite answer in Italian - of course this does not have to possible, but for a question in English from a guest I would expect a helpful and polite (greetings etc as I did) answer in English. Second, and more important, the guest didnt send a request for IDs in advance (which of course, I am happy to provide), but when I messaged (according to the instructions) that I am in front of the door, the guest was like "first, send documents" so I answered we stand in the sun and would to make the pictures inside and send you the documents, can you let us in and the answer was "send the documents!!". This is unacceptable behaviour when I complained, the guest shut me up with "Enjoy your stay!" and didnt address my complain.
