The hotel was beautiful and spacious with a good sized pool. We had lunch which was very good but left before breakfast. The staff were helpful but we were unable to check in early unless we paid extra which detracted from the hotel somewhat.

The hotel was beyond expectation when we entered. Expected a basic place but it seemed like ultra luxury. The food at the rooftop restaurant was some of the best food of our holiday especially the oxtail. The staff was very courteous and helpful

The buffet breakfast although was very average and cold even at 730am

I found the hotel to be a lttle pricey. If you want a beer or any laundry service, expect to pay over the odds. Tax was even added on to a cup of coffee. Didn't particularly like the location but we only stayed over night so we just stayed in the hotel which was fine.

The hotel is very grand. The foyer and room looks five star. It was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We used a laundromat that is a km away found online and communicated with whats app and google translate. It was approx $3 for the load and they collected and returned it. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and comprehensive. We stayed in this hotel for the night before and the night after our 3 day orangutan tour. I had a massage but they were a bit rough and there was a language barrier. We ate in the restaurant for dinners and a lunch. It was OK but the western food wasn't quite right. The food was OK. The waitress was trying very hard and was friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was the best we have seen for awhile. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport.

El mejor alojamiento que hemos estado de toda Indonesia, la habitación impresionante, la piscina genial, el menú y la comida fantástica. El personal super atento y amable. Si visitas la ciudad para hacer el safari, 100% recomendado.

Schönes, modernes Hotel, gutes Frühstück-Buffet mit vielen einheimischen Spezialitäten, super Restaurant mit grosser Auswahl. Nach der 4-tägigen Tanjung Puting Bootsfahrt waren wir froh, schon am Morgen das Zimmer beziehen zu können.

Hotel muy nuevo (es del 2023), moderno, limpio, cómodo y silencioso. La verdad que muy agradable. Ducha con buena presión de agua y el agua caliente muy bien. Todo el personal muy amable.

Ninguna crítica, todo estuvo bien. Como curiosidad, tenían acondicionador y jabón de cuerpo, pero no champú para la ducha. A mi no me importó mucho, solo lo comento porque me llamó la atención y quizás para algunos pueda ser más relevante.
