The hotel provided exceptional service and the staff were all friendly and always there to help. The pool was an extra perk, especially after a hot day of lots of walking. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast that we looked forward to while we were staying on the property. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the GA Palace Hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was wonderful. We loved the pool area (even though the floor is very slippery). Our breakfast was amazing. Would definitely go back if we get to Porto again.
Fantastic Hotel and beautiful room. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was so charming. We had the best time, relaxing in the pool and enjoying the steam room. Late night room was great and the breakfast was everything you could ask for. Loved this hotel!!!

The GA Palace is a beautiful hotel with outstanding customer service. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. While we were staying there they received their well deserved Michelin rating so we enjoyed the free sparkling wine around the pool that day! The place is spotless and the rooms are very comfortable. The nicest sheets I’ve ever slept on. The included breakfast each day was awesome! Highly recommend the GA Palace!
