The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and in a great location.
The staff was very friendly and professional and attentive to detail. They remembered distinctive details such as we are vegetarian and do not drink alcohol and they made us feel very welcome. The woman at the front desk with medium brown long hair gave us great recommendations on the city and the younger man in the restaurant (and bell hop) with kind of bleached curly hair on top and the the other server with a small tattoo on his neck were all our favorite! We would come back here again and again.
Beautiful hotel! Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. Amenities great. Pool and garden area were welcoming. Spa area great and well attended. Food was great and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel!!
Wonderful Porto city centre hotel one block from the world heritage site area and funicular to the quayside and bridge. Five star quality and facilities, great restaurant food and relaxed atmosphere in a stylish recently renovated lovely old building. The highlight though, are the staff. Just the right blend of present but not obtrusive, friendly and informative but not over the top. Really, really good!
