Worn dowb. Dirty. Curtains in kitchen fell down the first hour we were there. We found pubic hair (!) on the «clean» bed. We spent the first 4 hours of our stay (w hangey kids) on the phone with the landlord and booking.com without any help. It was dirty and needs a proper DEEP CLEAN. They offered to send a cleaning crew for a few hours but that is not going to be enough. And I shouldnt have to be paying for a place and be there while they clean. The floors were sticky. Curtains fell down. I used a wet wipe briefly on the floor (see image). It was equally bad in the bathroom. It was actually disgusting. Dirtiest place we have ever stayed and was not what we paid for. We ended up vacating the apartment the first day and booking somewhere else. We got the money refunded through our credit card in the end. I am not a «high maintenance» traveller and I have never vacated a property before - that tells you everything you need to know.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Hängematte sowie die große Küche laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist wunderbar, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Bahnstation, an der alle 15-20 Minuten eine Bahn nach Lissabon oder Cascais fährt und ca. 15-29 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung zum Strand. Auf dieser Strecke befinden sich auch drei kleine Spielplätze, was unsere Kinder sehr gefreut hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem portugiesischen Wohngebiet.

Das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Spülung der Toilette hat manchmal gehakt. Trotzdem war alles sauber (so gut es ging)

Its a spacious apartment with plenty of room for a family. Everything is provided. The location is a quite residential area and walking distance to the beach, which is very nice. There is local grocery shop very close. Cheap bolt ride to lisbon and cascais so worth staying out of busy areas.

The decor is decent but could do with some things updating like bathroom. Most of it is good.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut . Großer Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, Strand und Bahnhof fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Zentrum von Oeiras mit guten Restaurants und Eisdiele schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und war bei der Ankunft auch sehr sauber jedoch sollte das ein oder andere ausgebessert werden damit das Preisleistungsverhältnis wieder passt . Ausstattung aber ganz gut , Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Badezimmer bedarf einer leichten Renovierung, Staubsauger sollte ausgetauscht werden , funktionierte nicht wirklich, Küchentisch könnte mal ausgetauscht werden .

Просторные апартаменты, хорошо оснащены, есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Рядом два продуктовых магазина. До Лиссабона на электричке за 4-х отдали 10€, обратно на такси доехали за 12€.

Парковку приходится искать на близлежащих улицах
