It's very hard to chose something that you might have liked when your basic needs were not met. Theoretically it could be the short distance from the beach.

I definitely didn't like to struggle every time when I and my family needed to take a shower. It's such a simple thing - hot water. But not. When it happened on the first day of stay I wasn't satisfied but I was sure that the managers would help us to do something about that... but they only kept promising every day that they would inform the authorities that were meant to be responsible for providing that simple thing to the guests. With no positive result for me. So. Every time you go to the shower be sure to have an hour and a half for this complicated process. You'll take to switch off and then switch on the electricity in the electricity box (is it legal???? and not safe at all), with hope that this time it will be done. Normally it takes up to 5 attempts. Then you have to take your shower extremely rapidly, because any second the hot water may become the cold one. And if there are more than one person in the apartment (with 4 sleeping places) all this stuff can turn into a nightmare, believe me. Besides, your door in the shower may easily block you inside; the windows don't close properly (and the apartment is on the first floor) in the kitchen, the construction works in the street won't let you to rest or fall asleep. When we entered there were hair and water in the shower. Brrrr.... So, I can't recommend this option to anyone. Nearby you can choose lots of far better options with helpful stuff and functioning facilities. Be careful not to turn your trip into a horrible experience.
