Simple and clean.
The pictures on Expedia totally misrepresented the actual rooms. The fridge wasn’t working in the first room we looked (half inch of water in it) … old rusty looking bathtub. No shampoo/condtioner … no hairdryer. The room we decided to take, the fridge worked. Holes in the curtains … no light over the bed 2 plug ins unfinished door … just in bad repair generally. We will not stay there ever again!
Night staff was friendly. There were mice in our room and droppings on the bed. Reported to morning staff and he said he already knew about the mice and was extremely dismissive about the issue.
No privacy curtain.
Nothing explicitly wrong with the property but the other guests in unit 108 were very loud and rude in the morning. The staff here would do well to tell all guests who check in to be respectful to other guests. Some of us are driving a long distance and needing rest

Literally everything. None of the outlets worked except one floor outlet next to the bathroom. None of the electricity worked at all, we had to take one of the lamps on the nightstand and put it on the floor and plug in to the one outlet in order to get light. When one of us went to take a shower, the water smelled SO bad, like sulfur and rotten eggs, it drunk up the room. We had to get another key to a separate room in order to shower. All the beds had stains on the blankets, we didn’t use them. The beds were like slinky’s and bounced back and forth when you sat on them. Everything felt and looked dirty. Don’t walk around without shoes on.
USShades on windows don’t block out the street lights. Room didn’t seem clean, had hair everywhere.
No lights in the room, I stayed for over two weeks they did not clean the room once. Non if the lights in the room worked had to open the window at night to have lights. For anything I needed I had to go ask for it. Asked for them to clean the room it never happened. I had to go get the broom and sweep myself.
The first night they did not honor my reservation and charged too much for the room. They put us in a room with a non functioning toilet and a space heater, despite the fact that it was 17 degrees. The bedding was very thin. The next three nights they moved us into a functioning room which was a big improvement but still charged us more than the Expedia reservation. There is no other hotel within 70 miles.
I'm not to fussy as it was a work trip. The heat works, the hot water works, and it had clean sheets. The convenience store is open 24 hrs. 👍 Good enough for me!
