Was clean just out dated on somethings
USClean room, comfy bed, friendly staff
USIt was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. My wife and I both woke up extremely sore and not rested at all. The room looked nothing like it did online…instead of wooden floors we got VERY sticky old red carpet…
For rhe price, it’s a decent motel. The staff is friendly enough, though they don’t speak a lot of English. But they are eager to help. The rooms are cleaner and nicer than you’d think given the price. Would definitely reccomend for those not looking to spend a whole lot but also not wanting to see crackheads roaming around.
Perfect place for one night when you are traveling, in transit
The beds were terrible. It was like sleeping on concrete. The ac sounded like it was trying to come out of the wall. Not the best experience. It was cheap and you get what you paid for.
The pool was filled in with dirt. The bath tub had hair and dirt in it. We were supposed to get free water but none was in the room. The smoke detector was beeping in the night so I had to get the service guy up from the office to change the batteries. The hotel was ok to stay the night.
USThe hotel was newly remodeled. The room was nice, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Free breakfast in the lobby was nice (sausage croissants, honey buns, Twinkies, sunny d, and coffee). We were in town for a wedding at The Vault. This hotel was really close to the venue and we had a good stay.
The tenants in the room beside us were yelling and arguing outside until after midnight... My kids were worried and we didn't get much sleep. But that was in no way the hotels fault.
If you need to overnight in Jackson, don’t stay in Jackson but Brandon is more a family town /safer / Travel Inn is a good choice and not costly!
