The Tree House

Having travelled a lot in South Asia, especially Bali I must honestly say I was absolutely disappointed with this accommodation. It was tired and delapitated. It was unloved. My room was dark and the bathroom was like a cupboard with cement plastered on the wall. The pillow was what made me totally upset. It was dirty with the smell of someone’s sweat before me, it made me heave and still does when I think about it…..This is an honest review. The Owners seemed lovely and their hospitality was noted, however I wonder if this possibly butters you up to write a good review? I paid more money for this place than previously where I stayed I had a kettle, fridge,hot water and breakfast! Note to Owners - Please put some of the money you earn from the rooms back into the business!

People who work here are very nice!

It’s very old and not renovated place. There is mold inside the rooms and toilets, the bed and towels smell bad and look tired. If you live on the first floor you would hear absolutely everything that’s going on upstairs (talks, toilet usage (!), steps). There is no kids, no pets policy in the hotel description, however there were at least 4 kids (nice and active) are dog and cat that live there. Suprisingy, the dog knows how to open the sliding room door. One night is just came into my room and sit near the bed. It was scary! I’ve booked the place for 6 nights but left after two days

Great experience. Extremely welcoming. The most friendliest staff! Even gave me a coffee and cake to-go for the long drive to the harbour at 7am! Had a private room directly opposite the pool with beautiful views of the complex. Never heard any other visitors, very peaceful. Pool, room and facilities were very clean. Will happily stay again in the future 😁

The room, the services and the staff were incredible

The bathroom wasn’t clean correctly and the soap was in a machine outside and not into the shower

Can recommend only for one night stay, the property is old

The accomodation was really beautiful and the personal was so friendly! We were really lucky to meet the owner, he gave us many tips and showed us around! Felt like family!
