The room looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com, the bedding had stains, we had booked a large double bed only to get two singles pushed together, the AC was not cool at all, the room had a strong mouldy odour in it not sure if it was from the AC unit or not, all the ceiling had water stains and mould as well as flaking paintwork, the “fridge” was tiny and did not get cold at all!! The toilet/bidet did not work at all , when we asked about AC and fridge the manager replied ohh the room has not had anyone stay for long time the fridge will cool down and AC will too. We had four nights booked and paid for but I didn’t want to spend any more than one night in the place!! The next day when we told manager/ owner we would be checking out they replied ohhhh the room had a couple staying in it for over 12 months and no complaints, then they said would we like to look at another room they would be happy to move us but NO thanks I couldn’t wait to exit the place very disappointed indeed!. They would not refund any money stating they had other rooms available so no refund.

The staff were lovely and helpful. A good choice if you’re wanting a quiet place and something central to go on day trips nearby. Also hood for those who want to cook their own meals.

The place is nice, big room and nice owner

We didnt have light in the bathroom, and was small, the location is not the best but its ok if you come by taxi/motorbike.

as soon as we got there we were greeted with a warm welcome even though we had to turn up late this was no problem for them. the bedroom had aircon on so was really nice and cool and clean sheets and towels ready for us to use. the staff were so lovely and helped us with so much advise on tours and stuff we could do around Bali and went out of their way even without asking. we asked on the day for a second night and without hesitation they had a new room made up for us for when we got home up to the same standards. this is such a lovely place and the people are amazing :)!

Everything! The room is as perfect and spacious with a little work area and the outside space was beautiful. Amazing pool and gym facility with fantastic views!

Loved it all

The staff, location, and the pool are just downright the best! We were late to check-in, but the owner reached us out to make sure everything was OK, and even helped us to check in after very late. Very upbeat place with a positive vibe. The pool was so nice, and the whole area is vibrant, lush, and beautiful! Nice views from rooms.

Love the pool. The room was authentic. And has a wonderfull view from the roftop. The staff very helpfull. Overall like this place. Recommended.

Stay only 1 night because need to going back home.

The hotel is really nice especially at night with the pool, lights and plants. The staff is also very welcoming
