The customer service experience was poor. The room I stayed in next to the street had no sound proofing and I barely had a good night’s sleep. I would never stay or recommend this hotel. It was a total waste of money

Hotel is a good location. Like an old palace. Nice garden and old design. Some floor wood are lose and you feel when you step over it. Big issue for me was the room is pretty cold and there was no way to set it in the heat option. When I complained to the front desk they informed me that they had turned the central unit to the cool mode, as summer is coming. So they gave us an extra duvet and said for us to turn the ac off . I felt very bad about it.
