Tutto...veramente meraviglioso...mi hanno accolta e trattata benissimo...sembra quasi di essere a casa. Ho soggiornato lì in occasione della Ronda Ghibellina....se rifarò la camminata sicuramente soggiornero qui. Dimenticavo la colazione!! Eccellente!! Grazie di cuore

The welcome & all the people who work at San Michele al Castello were amazing! So lovely and friendly, going above and beyond. The room was beautiful & the location stunning. It was quiet at night with a lovely comfy bed - a great night's sleep! The breakfast was incredible. I would love to stay here again - I would highly recommend it.

La posizione e la struttura e la cordialità del personale!!

La colazione era buona ma da migliorare se si richiede la colazione salata mi sarei aspettato un po' più di varietà e non solo salumi, i prodotti per la vasca idromassaggio, era gradita avere una smart TV che cmq un 4 stelle dovrebbe avere , e gli accappatoi che erano inclusi invece non erano disponibili e anche le patatine uso e getta!!
