"One of the best experiences of our lifetime, the village, the history, the room, the food all amazi"

The personal touch from staff was the best part, they handled every detail and made us feel like VIPs and ensured we were comfortable.

The only criticism we could say is the air conditioning was not very strong and Italy was in middle of very hot temperatures. It took most of the night to cool room down.
