"Great place to stay in the town to explore the best Ponta Delgada has to offer."

The location is perfect right in the very centre of the town. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast room pleasant with a great breakfast and lots of local items of produce.
Being an old historic building. Lots of steps to the room at the top. Only a minor issue.

Emplacement en plein centre historique, et tout proche d'une station de taxi. L'accueil chaleureux de Pedro malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le petit déjeuner copieux à base de produits locaux.

Such kind hospitality - really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was ample and delicious. I appreciated tea and cookies available at any hour.
The only consideration is street noise (voices, not traffic) on a weekend night due to location in an area with pubs and restaurants.

Établissement situé au cœur de la ville, bord de mer et restaurants à proximité. Notre chambre était très grande et très agréable avec une vue sur la ville et sur la mer, une grande terrasse ( dont nous n’avons pas profité au vu des conditions atmosphériques). L’accueil est très chaleureux, Suzanna et Pedro sont des hôtes charmants et de bon conseil.
