Hotel was clean bed was comfortable we would stay here again

I made reservations for 2 people and they only give us one washcloth 2 towels 1 hand towel They were no dead bolt on the hotel room but door still locked . Hotel was a little run down, need to be updated.

Sehr komischer Geruch, unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber schon sehr heruntergekommen.

The hallways and entrances smelled strongly like weed all the time, everyday. The sliding glass door to the balcony would not open, the chair had a broken leg, the water had a brown tint to it, breakfast was minimal. Needs updating. Location is great, being so close to A.T., Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive.

It was nasty. Got up and there was roaches. The shower walls haven't been cleaned.

Nothing!!

The receptionist was curt. The room and place needs a total upgrade which people have suggested since 2024. People smoking drugs outside and place smelt of drugs throughout. Toilet seat filthy. Carpet in entrance badly stained

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. Definitely not clean. Staff were friendly but it was difficult to even locate the hotel office. As a woman travelling alone, I did not feel 100 percent safe. On a positive note, it was cheap and I slept surprisingly well.
