Econo Lodge Waynesboro - Skyline Drive

Wonderful staff, very comfortable. Great place for through-hikers to recover and do laundry. Walking dustance to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of options available.

Great stay for backpacker with no transportation. Everything at hotel or nearby.

Didn't get my deposit back because some Neglecgent manager gave my $100 to someone who was not Me. And wanted me to file a police report. I'm having my sons law firm look into filling whatever charges applicable to this travesty and I'm campaigning that no one stays there

Was in need of a update. Missing floor tiles in bathroom, older tv etc. When i went for breakfast was out of eggs, waffle mix and they jad gravy for buiscuts and gravy but no buiscuts

Very tired building. Further away from Skyline drive than we thought. Swimming pool shut.

Strange setup. Two hotels, one registration that was hard to find. Receptionist certainly was less than friendly. No handicapped parking at EconoLodge, and could not park at the room door as I requested. Parking was limited, not easy for handicapped entrance at a main door. My handicapped room was great.

The Econo Lodge was run down, poor carpeting, smoky smell, very small room with poor condition chair and people sitting at front door in their car arguing. The manager did allow us to change to a room at Quality Inn on the same property. The room was clean, in good condition and larger. I would rate our stay at this facility as 4/5.
