East Rock Inn

Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. Trees for shade planted and in a few years will be great in the summer. Great location. Close to downtown Great Barrington. Across the street from a nice park with short trails.

The rooms,especially the bathroom were really small

Modern and lovely location, super easy check in and out, super cosy night in

Could have done with free water thats all!

Modern comfort, convenient, nice location against a tree covered hillside, good WiFi and Roku TV

Minor lack of storage space but management replied that dresser upgrade would be coming soon.

The property is well maintained and set back from the road. It was very quiet and the rooms are fantastic. A must stay if you are going to be in the area.

Updated, automated

Texts from them late at night and way too early in the morning. Could hear everything next door - looks like there was no investment in sound mitigation when the place was renovated. Bright exterior lighting enters above and below the curtains.
