O quarto é bem equipado, a limpeza podia ser melhor antes da entrada, e não existe serviço de quarto nem troca de toalhas. Todos os travesseiros eram extremamente altos.

Do not book this place if you value cleanliness, customer service, or accuracy. I booked a room here 10 months in advance for a week-long march trip. When I arrived, the bathroom looked nothing like the booking photos. Sink was different and tub did not have glass doors. The tub was also dirty. The bathroom light fixture was broken so it was very dark in there. Bathroom door also had a hole punched in it. The beds were dusty, which you cannot see through booking photos. As someone with a mild form of OCD and severe dust/pollen allergies, I could not stay here comfortably for even one night. I could feel the lack of cleanliness on my skin and I could smell it in the air. We also visited the common areas which were dusted in thick layers of pollen and immediately caused an allergic reaction in my eyes. So we stayed for 4 hours and phoned a friend to stay with for our vacation instead. I reached out to the property manager and sent photos to booking.com through email. The owners claimed to be very confused about my concerns because they did not see what I told them I saw. Then I asked for an email I could send proof to as I took many photos. They declined my request for a refund and stopped responding to me. They did not even offer a partial refund, nor were they open to seeing the photos I took. I guess you don’t have to have good customer service after you already took my money. Over $600 was spent on this room that made me itchy and felt like I wasn’t even on vacation. That was a lesson learned for me not to book a room that does not offer refunds, as there is definitely a hidden reason behind why they don’t allow refunds. Well played I guess. The photo of kompose hotel is just one example of a better place to stay.

We arrived late and left early so we did not get to experience the facilities or meet any staff. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

I walked around with bare feet for a little bit in the morning and my feet were black! The floor looked clean like it was vacuumed but doesn't seem to have been washed in a while to do that to my feet in a short amount of time. It was kind of gross.

Great location and price

Hard to get toiletries and extra towels. Shower only had half a door.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Quarto totalmente limpo e sem nenhum problema. Apenas o microondas oferecido como extra na acomodação que o prato interno não roda ao ligar. Mas esquenta normalmente. Não tem nenhum inseto (somos muito exigentes com isso e fomos atendidos 100% com tudo ok). O que alguns pedem que é uma troca de toalha ou assistência, entendam que ele é um quarto e banheiro. Pelo preço, não tem nenhuma assistência mesmo. Enfim, merece nota máxima pois nos atendeu perfeitamente.

Apesar de não ter serviço de limpeza o quarto foi entregue muito limpo, inclusive roupas de cama e banho. O quarto precisa de reformas, algumas coisas já demonstram sinais de uso prolongado. Não tem recepção 24hrs e não vi segurança no período noturno. Não me senti muito seguro.

The location was perfect for our stay. All we needed was there. It was a clean room.

Before our arrival, we had sent a letter to the facility. We ask every morning, but the staff could not find it. The "counter" was just a setup table with a laptop and a person. It was in a large room, unfinished and weird. The staff tried to locate our letter, but was successful. Our room was owned by a person or a company. We have never faced a setting like this. The room was on the ground floor and smelled typical Florida moldy. The TV was not set up or programmed. It took several attempts to make it work. We believe all of it was the result of the ownership situation. The name A & S Vacation Rooms was nowhere to be found—a strange situation.

Quartos confortável melhor que a média de Orlando! O único porém é que só fazem a limpeza após seu checkout! Ou seja fiquei 16 dias tendo que limpar quarto esporadicamente pois lógico que suja durante a estadia! E pedi a troca ao menos da toalha de piso pois encharcava sempre após o banho! E não foi trocada!
