Já ficamos em outra vez neste hotel e digo que foi bem melhor, pois havia café da manhã e serviço de limpeza regular

Nossa viagem foi para curtir os parques. Só utilizamos o hotel para dormir. Assim, atende a esse propósito. Contudo, não tem ninguém a noite no hotel. Vc não consegue trocar as toalhas. Não nos foi oferecida limpeza do quarto. Provavelmente, não voltaríamos e nem indicamos. Tem hoteis com o mesmo preço com melhor serviço.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and had a lovely time. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area is safe and the location is great. Its a few minutes from O-Town and you have a lot of food options surrounding the area (all within walking distance). They do not offer room service until you check out. Not too much of an issue for my wife and I but if you like daily room service, keep that in mind. Parking is free and they do not charge resort fees, which I love. Our room had a microwave and mini-fridge, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely be coming back here on our next visit.

There is no room service; that was very unpleasant on a long stay.

Self-service check-in & check-out went well. Room was clean & comfortable with a pleasing modern design. A chair (or two) in the room would've been appreciated. More than one hand towel would've also been appreciated.
