The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, good location and clean.

Only minor issues, I found used cottonbud in the bathroom (looks new from the packaging), very disgusting, I thought this was the guest before me did it, but still the staff have to check every single thing.

the breakffast buffet was fantastic : a very wide choice

some of the staff at the reception spoke not very fluent English. They should explain that you have to pass your room card so that the lift starts
