Location is great, middle of the jungle and rooms are super cosy. Staff is kind and very helpful if any there is any need. Massage is expensive compared to other luxury hotels tho, which is a disappointment. Everything was great except that.

Massage is expensive. There was a %50 promotion for massage, and i used it. İt there wasnt a promotion, i wouldnt have massage though

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay. From a value-for-money perspective, everything was great.

The only thing we weren’t completely happy with was that there weren’t many dinner options at the restaurant. But we want to stay again this hotel🤗

Vriendelijkheid, super schoon en het hotel was nog nieuw en echt grote chique kamers. Het ligt buiten het centrum maar met Grab goed te doen (ik las ergens dat het niet mocht / kon een online taxi maar dat klopt niet).
