The location was stunning The room was beautiful

The location is far away and hard to access. The outdoor shower was beautiful however hot water ran out after 2 minutes.

The view from the room was amazing during the day time! The sun heated up the room quite nicely. Also, the restaurant down the road let us take our meal to our room in the evening since they knew the owners of the hotel.

We stayed overnight at Mountain Peak Kintamani, where a kind gentleman picked us up from the designated location and escorted us to our accommodation. Surprisingly, the owners didn’t check our passports, which we found unusual, as we expected them to request a photocopy of our IDs. The accommodation itself was basic, but the views were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, our experience soured when it came to the transportation we arranged from Kintamani to Lovina. We booked through the same friendly man who greeted us, trusting that he would be reliable. We made the mistake of paying him 700 IDR upfront. The agreed price was 650 IDR, with an additional 50 IDR to cover a stop for lunch along the way, which seemed reasonable at the time. I even confirmed with him, saying, "So if we deviate slightly from our route, it’s okay?" He assured me, "Yes, that’s fine." Considering the driver would have to wait two hours for us to have lunch, we didn’t think a brief detour would be an issue. However, when we reached Lovina and asked to stop at a restaurant just five minutes in the opposite direction from our hotel, the driver refused. He insisted that the arrangement only allowed for stops on the way, not after reaching our destination. Even after explaining that we specifically chose this restaurant because we are vegetarians, he wouldn’t budge. We called the original man, asking for the 50 IDR back since the promised stop wasn’t honored. His response was a simple, “I can’t do this, I’m sorry,” leaving us feeling cheated. The initial friendly demeanor turned out to be deceptive. Although he claimed he wasn’t in this business for the money, his actions clearly said otherwise. We left feeling deceived and deeply disappointed. Be cautious with your money around this man—he seems more interested in getting as much from you as possible.

We recently stayed at this hotel and we were extremely disappointed. The first thing I noticed upon entering my room was how dirty it was. There were stains on the floor, the sofa was disgusting to sit on and dust everywhere, which made it hard to feel comfortable, and the worst thing is the bed it has some metal pieces picking out of it which make it a nightmare for my husband to sleep on, he got severe back pain at the morning + there's no mirrors except the on in toilet. The breakfast was another letdown, it was very poor quality with limited options, i chose pancakes and it was not baked like it looks baked but the inside still not. I expected more variety and better food for the price we paid. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel is quite dangerous and very hard to drive on, making it difficult to access, especially at night, even tho they offer shuttle once a day but it's not a proper solution for the choking location, which is so down in the woods, I also found that they don’t offer motorbikes for rent, which is a standard amenity at many other hotels in whole bali. This made it hard to get around and explore, we felt that we were trapped in the hotel, which made us cancel the second night and go. To top it all off, the hotel was overpriced for the lack of quality and the noise level was unbearable, making it hard to relax. Last thing is the host (eric) who we didn't even met, you can only talk to him on WhatsApp, (and he replies with just a few words) which made the communication even more difficult + he's asking for way more than anyone can ask when it comes to prices, and couldn't even get a motorbike for us even tho he knows that it's impossible to move around there without it. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Everything is open, holes everywhere. It gets very cold at night, walls are paper thin so you hear everything outside. There was not enough hit water for 2 showers. There is a terrace but a lot of dogs come whenever you want to eat so you have to go back inside. You cannot enjoy your breakfast or lunch on the terrace.

Amazing location! A beautiful view on the vulcano. The venue is a bit far from everything, but the free shuttle service is perfect.

No insulation, you can hear the alarm of the neighbors and hear everything they say. A lot of bugs and mosquitoes without a mosquito net.

Amazing place at the feet of mont batur

Amazing view, chique interior, friendly staff. Great that there is a shuttle to hotel because the road leading to it is really bumpy.

No hangers for clothes.
