Het ontbijt is simpel maar erg lekker. Ik heb in mijn hele leven nog nooit in zo'n bijzonder hotel vertoefd. Alle ruimtes zijn vol geschiedenis o.a. uit VOC en Javaanse cultuur. Je waant je in een heel erg bijzonder museum. Het is echt fantastisch !

Hartelijk ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel. Rondleiding door Abdul in de afgesloten delen van hotel, dit gedeelte zal binnenkort openen als museum. Een prachtige verzameling van voorwerpen van voor de onafhankelijkheid en daarna plus andere verzamelingen zoals krissen en wajangpoppen. Overnachten in een museum eigenlijk, waar vele bekende personen ons voor gingen zoals de paus. Echt genoten. Een van de betere plekken om te overnachten met goed ontbijt en mogelijkheid om te dineren. Aanrader!! Je komt ogen tekort om alles te bekijken.

人与人之间需要缘分，人和房子同样需要缘分。 当我第一天到达这家酒店，立刻就喜欢了这里，于是因为这家酒店，延续了我在kotagede停留的时间。 1、这是一栋很有历史感、充满文化艺术的建筑。作为酒店它是非常独特的。如果你想了解Kotagede，入住这家充满艺术氛围的古宅是很好的选择。 2、酒店经理热情有礼，看得出来他是非常认真努力经营这家酒店。酒店服务员非常友好，提供很好的服务。 3、酒店干净、安静，提供几种房型。可能的话，选择一个大房间，会让你的居住感受更舒适。 4、酒店位置非常好，步行几分钟就可以到达集市。早市、晚市，充满烟火气息，很热闹。但酒店位于巷子里，又很安静，所以不会受噪音干扰。 5、作为一栋富商曾经的私人宅院，拥有很多艺术收藏品，专门摆放在酒店一处房子里，像个小小的精美艺术博物馆，值得看看………

作为一个有历史的古宅，有些设施确实存在需要改进的地方，酒店也在不断完善，我也希望它越来越好。

It is such a fascinating place, really inspiring and non-stop with sculptures, history and art. The staff were lovely, the rooms very comfy and it was a real piece of history. So glad we stayed here and not in a boring chain :)

This place is truly something special, a museum and hotel combined into one unforgettable experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a different world where history, art, and hospitality blend together beautifully. I honestly hope it won’t be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, because I already can’t wait to return. Every corner tells a story, every detail feels carefully curated, and the atmosphere is simply magical. What made our stay even more memorable was the contact with Ershad. His warmth, knowledge, and genuine passion added an extra layer to the entire experience. It didn’t just feel like staying somewhere unique it felt personal. This is not just a hotel stay; it’s something you truly have to experience for yourself. Unforgettable in every way!

Absolutely unique. The hotel literally has its own museum, and there are hundreds of unusual statues and other pieces of art around the grounds. The restaurant and other facilities were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large.

It was tricky to find the hotel.
