Staff was very helpful and addressed all my issues promptly.

Windows were broken out and replaced with cardboard....there were numerous flies in the room....the interior walls and doors were pretty beat up......I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Reservation was not honored. Overbooked and moved us 15 miles away to a run down moþel. When we got there Noone answered the doorbell at 10:45 pm. Drove back to Browning Montana and had to pay 4 times as much for 1 night.

Nice friendly staff and good location. Room smelt quite fusty and bedding wasn’t very clean.

The staff and locals were very hospitable

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning person did not do a good job. On top the toilet tank, there was a wad of dirty toilet paper left. That was disgusting. We had a warm room with a bed to sleep on. The price was so low that I should not really complain.

I am surprised Hotels.com offers this motel on their site. The bathroom was dirty with hair left from others. The shower head had a leak and was held together by electrical tape. We didn’t use the air conditioner because it looked moldy. The carpet had not been vacuumed. And they mustn’t wash the bathroom floor because there was a piece of clothing or washcloth behind the bathroom door on the floor. We wouldn’t walk on the carpets because they were dirty. The sheets were a grey jersey type material - not white sheets you would expect from a motel. The light fixtures looked new and the artwork was nice, so someone is trying to run a nice place. But they need to hire cleaners that know how to properly clean a room. And management that cares. The parking was ridiculous. It was almost impossible to get our car out at 6:30 am from being blocked in by other guests. But we wanted to get out of there so we figured it out.
