It's dangerous - It turned our trip into a nightmare. Anyone who loves themselves should avoid it

Our stay at your hotel turned into a complete nightmare. Both my husband and I suffered from severe food poisoning after having dinner at your buffet. My husband had tried a bit of everything, while I only ate the pasta and rice dish. The next day, he was extremely sick, vomiting all day and unable to eat anything. We reported this to the reception. The following day, which was also the day of our departure (with a 18.5-hour journey back home), I went down for breakfast as usual. Shortly after we boarded the plane, I started vomiting non-stop throughout the entire flight and continued to do so for two more days after arrival. I had to see a doctor, who confirmed I had a severe food poisoning. And before you even attempt to make excuses: we had stayed three full days at your hotel, never ate anywhere else, and have never experienced anything like this before in our lives. I have kept all the payment receipts for breakfast and dinner, as well as the document issued by the airline confirming that I suffered food poisoning during the flight. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had, caused by the food served at your hotel. To make matters worse, on the day of checkout, reception called our room at 11:55 to remind us that checkout was at 12:00. While we understand if a guest overstays, it was not even 12:00 yet, and such a call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. In short, our experience with your hotel was nothing but a nightmare.

No iron in the room and would be nice to have milk in fridge for tea and coffee, rushed visit due to flight delays.

Struttura situata a pochi km dall’aeroporto, collegata con un servizio di navetta. Funzionale per chi deve transitare da Giacarta, senza entrare in città. Camere moderne e pulite, bagno ampio. Staff disponibile, ristorante aperto fino la 1 di notte e room service h24. La colazione buona e abbondante, disponibile dalle 6 di mattina.

Consiglieremmo di aumentare la frequenza dello shuttle da e per aeroporto, attualmente previsto ogni ora.

Perfect als je dichtbij het vliegveld wil verblijven. Shuttle komt je ophalen en wegbrengen. Ontbijt is ook erg goed met diverse keuzes.
