staying here was a great choice! they provided free shuttle to airport, their exceptional services, they offer delicious breakfast and indomie included on their breakfast btw.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Great room, super friendly staff.

clean and comfortable . When I checked out the receptionist was lovely as well as the restaurant staff.

my room being directly next to the elevator. it was very noisy. the receptionist when checked in was rude and gave me a room next to the elevator’s.

Bathroom quite dirty and shower set up very strange. Doors opens inwards so extremely difficult to get into / out of shower if not a tiny Asian. Window leaked (water pooled on floor)

Nice friendly and accommoadtive staff esp Ms Cindy . She was so helpful from the strat of my reservations. Indeed a great customer experience.Nice hotel and pretty close to the airport.

Another 1-night stay here before catching another flight. You can find my previous 5/5 bubbles review here somewhere. Anyway, my experience this is time is not much different from the previous: 1) Pick-up and drop-off services are always consistently great and seamless. 2) My room was upgraded to deluxe corner room and the major improvement is the spacious bathroom, the bedroom area not much. I do appreciate the effort however, so thank you. Oh sadly, it seems they have changed the bathroom amenities to another brand which is a bit disappointing. 3) I also realized there's a small coffee shop in the front of the Fairfield Cafe, too bad I did not have chance to try out this time. I was looking forward for breakfast improvement but again, I did not have chance this time due to my early morning flights. Overall, another excellent stay. I'll be coming back shortly and definitely looking forward for another stay.
