The Hava Ubud A Pramana Experience

The staff really tried their best to hear out my concerns with the room, they were very friendly and offered me a late checkout of 1pm + breakfast.

The room had an overwhelming smell of damp and both pairs of slippers were used, moved to the room next door and it was the same thing. They brought a humidifier but made no difference. I’d assume the smell is from lack of sun, damp garden area and rooms situated right at the pool. They also brought new slippers from housekeeping. Staying right next to the pool and restaurant was jarring as there is no privacy entering/exiting your room and it’s noisy. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Where to start? We had the most amazing stay from start to finish. We were upgraded to start with, and had a lovely room with a view on the pool. Then the room was decorated with flowers. Every detail was perfect and done with so much love and attention to detail. We loved the pool. We loved the room and the beds. We loved the location. The breakfast was generous and delicious (runs until 11). The room design was beautiful. We were really made to feel special, staff were so lovely and responsive to every detail. Tip for those who need it: We rented a bike from a closeby rental (Suandewi) who even brought the scooter to us and picked it up at no extra fee.

Nothing. Yes, the room sometimes smelt damp, but it's a tropical place, and after cleaning it always smelt better. The soundproofing isn't great, but thankfully others guests were respectful and we still slept well.

Simply perfect. Location, lovely staff, amazing food, and next door to the best yoga studio in Ubud - The Alchemy

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Als es meiner Freundin gesundheitlich nicht gut ging, wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt, wie es ihr geht und ob man irgendwie helfen kann. Sogar ein Arzt wäre innerhalb von 5–10 Minuten verfügbar gewesen. Außerdem hat das Hotel extra magenschonendes Essen für sie vorbereitet, was wir als sehr aufmerksam empfunden haben. Auch in anderen Situationen hat man gemerkt, wie sehr auf die Gäste geachtet wird. Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht von einem Taxifahrer an der Straße abgeholt, um zum Sonnenaufgang auf den Mount Batur zu fahren. Als wir von der Lobby zur Straße gelaufen sind, hat uns das Hotelpersonal direkt gefragt, ob wir ein Taxi organisiert haben. Das hat uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und wurden sogar zweimal täglich gereinigt. Vor der Abendreinigung wird gefragt, ob diese gewünscht ist, was wir ebenfalls sehr angenehm fanden. Auch das Essen war durchweg lecker und wir hatten wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Da Ubud sehr viel Verkehr hat und das Hotel etwas höher gelegen ist als das Zentrum, kann die Fahrt mit dem Auto tagsüber etwas länger dauern. Eine Straße ist tagsüber nur für Roller freigegeben und für Autos nur nachts in beide Richtungen nutzbar. Deshalb sollte man vom Zentrum zum Hotel mit dem Auto teilweise einen Umweg von etwa 20–30 Minuten einplanen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Such a calm atmosphere and a stunning hotel, no faults

Tout était super, nous avons adoré le fait que le pdj soit « à la carte ». Un plat par personne (omelette, toast avocat, …) accompagné de pain et viennoiserie ou alors vous pouvez remplacer le pain par de bowl, des toast, des pancakes,… lorsque l’on reste plusieurs jours ça permet vraiment de diversifier ! Le personnel est incroyable, vous vous sentez vraiment écouté et accompagner dans vos demandes. Vous pouvez avoir jusqu’à 2 passages pour le nettoyage par jour. L’espace piscine est spacieux, la décoration est belle. Vous avez une navette gratuite 3x/jours vers le centre d’Ubud. Petit magasin juste à côté de l’hôtel également.

Il fait un peu humide dans les chambres. Pour ma part ça ne posait pas soucis mais du côté de mon copain un peu.

The staff here are incredible! They are so kind and can’t do enough for you! Location was amazing, only 4mins into town on a bike (they are so many riders around so super easy) Lovely spa and the pool area is stunning, I could be happier with my stay!
