We had a wonderful stay at The Hava Ubud, A Pramana Experience. We arrived at the property very late, around 1:00 AM, but the check-in process was quick, smooth, and welcoming. Since the hotel knew we would be arriving late, the kitchen had kindly prepared sandwiches for us, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the special extras they offered, including a complimentary 15-minute massage and a photography session with one free digital photo. Housekeeping was excellent, and our room was always clean. We also loved that they provided fresh local fruits every day, giving us the chance to try different Balinese fruits. Breakfast was fantastic, with a professional chef and a great selection of food. During our trip, we visited different places around Bali and later returned to the hotel. When we came back, the team had prepared our room with a lovely “Welcome Back Home” message and bed decoration, which made us feel truly special. We also used the hotel laundry service, and they kindly included five items free of charge, which was another thoughtful gesture. Overall, our experience was excellent. The Hava Ubud is a clean, welcoming, and beautifully managed hotel with outstanding service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud and would be happy to stay here again. Saeed & Tuti

Un merveilleux hôtel où tous est penser pour que l’on s’y sente bien personnel très attentionné. Mini bar avec coca eau .. cafetière petits gâteaux fruits vraiment plein de petites attentions qui font la différences.

"Als we Bali nog een keer bezoeken komen we zeker hier terug"

Misschien wel het beste Hotel waar we ooit hebben verbleven. De locatie gekoppeld aan de opzet van het Hotel was voor ons perfect 58 kamers, 2 restaurants , groot zwembad en veel persoonlijke aandacht.

Als we dan toch iets minder positief de kamers waren gehorig
