Staff were super flexible and accommodating. Location worked well for us too and was quiet in an evening

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, das gute Frühstück, die Ausstattung der Zimmer, auf kleinen Raum alles vorhanden. Von Safe, über kleinem Kühlschrank und Kaffeeautomat.

Die Zimmer zum Fluss haben zwar einen sehr schönen Ausblick, sind aber an warmen Tagen doch sehr laut. Dank schallisolierten Fenster und Klimaanlage aber kein Problem.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Pesonals

Das Zimmer war relativ klein. So gab es keinen Schreibtisch bzw. Abstellfläche um im Zimmer am Computer arbeiten bzw. Videokonferenzen abhalten zu können.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Lage ist Top und das Personal war sehr nett und sehr freundlich, so müsste es überall sein. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und freuen uns schon darauf.

A beautiful small hotel in an excellent location in Lisbon. All the staff are delightful and very helpful. Housekeeping was also very good. Rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom/shower perhaps the best of all 5 properties we stayed at in Portugal

Our meal in the restaurant was very disappointing. Both our dishes(cod burger and angus steak) were very poor. The cod was 3 small very thin pieces and the steak all gristle and tough. It was the worse meal we had in our 2 week stay in Portugal. The restaurant was often quite empty when all neighboring restaurants were bustling. Please improve it as it lets you down
