Nulla. Anche se la colazione potrebbe essere migliore, sia come qualità, che come quantità. Inoltre orari non comodi se si hanno impegni di lavoro al mattino presto (apre alle 7:30, ma è effettivamente operativa dalle 7:40).

Die Lage vom Hotel, es war sehr sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im Cafe, das direkt im Hotel ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bereit zu helfen.

Location, room and comfort were superb. Room and reception/breakfast area were small, so a little bit difficult with a lot of luggage. Anyway the stay was excellent.

L’emplacement stratégique et facile pour sortir en marchant et visiter les centres d’intérêt de Lisbonne

Les chambres donnant sur cour sont un peu petites mais le confort exceptionnel du lit et des oreillers compensent ce petit détail. Si vous ne faites que dormir cela n’est vraiment pas un problème.

"Pleasant Boutique Hotel with Exceptional Staff"

Excellent location, genuinely friendly staff, and outstanding service. We loved the breakfast, and the amenities were a wonderful touch — strong Wi‑Fi, Nespresso coffee, and thoughtful surprise gifts both on arrival and departure.

The bed was slightly too large for the room, which made it difficult to reach my side without having to climb over it. This became especially inconvenient at night when trying to get to the bathroom without disturbing my spouse.

Personal war meiner Meinung nach sehr pünktlich. Check-Out war um 12:00. 12.02 hat die Rezeption schon nach uns gesucht…
