As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe here. The staff is super sweet and helpful! The sound of water running through river and nature is what you wake up to. It’s so beautiful here and the energy is just amazing. I extended my trip here and would only stay in this hotel when I visit Ubud.

The location was good and the staff were friendly when they were actually present to ask a question to. The design is nice and modern in theory but also looks unfinished in important areas aka the ceiling and walls. Apart from the mold it was clean otherwise.

Like many other places in Bali this property sadly has a serious mold issue. I had to change rooms because of this. The second room was visibly an improvement but still smelt of mold. I was given a dehumidifier which helped the smell of damp. Really they need to have a dehumidifier running in every room all the time. Unsealed concrete is an interesting choice in such a humid place and I think is adding to the issues. The property needs some work if it wants to keep a good rating. It would be nice if the alley was more inviting or if the reception had accessible staff. Many times there was no one to speak with and my in person request for help with bags at 5.45am when I checked out early was completely forgotten. No phone in the rooms or call button to even get assistance.

On my very first day, there was a power outage and since I work online and had a shift starting in just an hour, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They personally took me by motorbike to a café that had its own generator so I could work without interruption, and when the power came back at the hotel, they even came back to pick me up. All of this they did voluntarily, just out of kindness. That same night, there was an earthquake. I messaged the hotel and they immediately reassured me, calmly explaining that this is something normal here, which really helped me stay relaxed. The hotel itself is spotless. The pool is beautiful, the balcony is very spacious, and the whole atmosphere is incredibly peaceful no noise from the surroundings, just tranquility. Some reviews mention a long walk to the main road, but in reality, it’s only 2–3 minutes, and Grab or Gojek motorbikes come right to the hotel. Food deliveries also come directly to your room once you provide your room number. Everything has been thought through in detail, probably because the hotel is new. The hotel itself is spotless, peaceful, and extremely well thought out. The pool is beautiful, the balcony is huge, and the room is not only very comfortable but also fully equipped with everything you might need: a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, Bluetooth speaker, work desk, big lounge bed on the balcony, and a super comfortable mattress. There are trash bins and tissues conveniently placed everywhere, even an air purifier inside the room that works automatically. The AC works perfectly, the Wi-Fi is very fast, and overall every little detail is designed to make your stay enjoyable. The bathroom is modern and very clean. In fact, the entire place is exceptionally clean, with almost no insects which is impressive given that it’s located in the jungle. I even extended my stay for two more nights. I only had USD with me and they kindly accepted it without any problem.

I liked that the hotel was outside of busy Ubud streets and I could enjoy my time alone after a long flight and terrible jet lag. Amazing property, nice staff and good breakfast. I can only recommend.

The location was super quirky and very tucked away, a bit out of the city which I liked and close to really good coffee places, local eating spots and fancier places like Reina Jungla. Really felt you were deep in the jungle and away from tourists and noise. The design of the hotel is very modernist, all concrete and glass. Cheap 10 mins Grab scooter ride or taxi to the main hub of Ubud.

We had a power cut for half a day which was annoying as we had to work, but outside the control of the hotel.

Ik vond het heel vervelend dat er geen kast of plank was om wat kleding uit te pakken. Het terras is niet heel gezellig en nodigt niet uit om buiten te zitten
