Beautiful hotel We recommend everyone to stay And thank the owner for the exceptional service

The location was beautiful, very nice pool, very friendly staff, rooms were cute, nice breakfast.

We arrived and had to walk through a muddy alley all the way to the hotel as the car could not enter the road. When we arrived we realized we could not stay at the property as it had very steep (and partly slippery) stairs leading down to the pool and breakfast area. My aunt travels with us and cannot walk well and cannot walk down any stairs. This was not clear when booking. We asked for two nights to be compensated because we could not stay three nights with my aunt stuck in her room continuously. The staff assured us the two nights would be compensated and we only had to pay for the night we stayed. So we trusted that and left the next day. Only to have a back and forth with booking and the property which included a rude mail (from the management?). We finally got compensated for one night only. This place is not recommended if you can’t climb steep stairs all the time. It also does not have a restaurant so if you arrive in the evening make sure you arrange for dinner. They suggested take away but the order got cancelled because of the rain after waiting for it for a while.

Het personeel is niet betrokken. Ook vaak niet te vinden als je ze nodig had. De kamers vind ik niet erg schoon en er is geen ruimte om je koffer ergens op te zetten. Daarnaast zijn er maar weinig ligbedjes, en deze waren ook nog niet eens schoon.

Staff are helpful and the rooms were stylish and clean. They also offered a laundry service which we made use of.

The location was a little far to walk into Ubud centre

Rooms are a little musty. Also if your not good with stairs this hotel could be a problem as their isn’t a lift

A really stylish little place, 25 min walk from Ubud centre, so well positioned. Service is let down by being based on WhatsApp and there’s no food options in-house.

Hotellet ligger nær junglen, og derfor kan der være fugt på værelset. Dog havde de en fugtsuger stående - det er første gang jeg har oplevet det på et hotel i Asien, og jeg har rejst meget. Det hjalp virkelig på indeklimaet og jeg lagde slet ikke mærke til fugten overhovedet. Aircon kørte upåklageligt og larmede ikke. Der var en højtaler til rådighed på værelset, hvis man ville høre sin egen musik. Der var også et nyere smart TV. Rengøringen var i top. Og udsigten fra værelset var fantastisk. Hotellet ligger ca. 15 min. på gåben fra centrum og derfor ligger det i fredelige omgivelser. Jeg endte med at forlænge mit ophold af tre omgange.
