A little but hidden

If you plan to stay in Ubud, look no further. The facilities are clean, there are markets nearby. The pool was crystal clear. Honestly, there were no insects even. The view from the balcony to the jungle was surreal. Away from traffic noise and everything, in this place you feel one with nature. The staff was very sensitive to the customer needs, delivering quality and on time.

The very fast responses from the staffs, team, and super hardworking and humble group of people operating the cute hotel. Nature behind the property. Super clean!

The Entrance was a bit challenging for cars to enter. The walk before the hotel could be better though noted constructions going on the side.

Everything! Staff were super friendly. Room was cleaned with new towels daily. The pool was lovely and big, and nice and cold! We walked to the main street in about 30 mins but if you bike it would be much faster! The location in the forest is beautiful, we can't fault CIVYT!

My favorite hotel in Ubud so far. Everything about it is great: location, facilities, stuff. They put a lot of customer care into details like fresh afternoon cookies, nespresso machine, excellent laundry service, Netflix, etc. If you want a European service in Bali, book it without hesitation
