"Hôtel à fuir : préférez le Indigo à Semaya Beach qui fait aussi partie de HIG"

Le personnel est charmant et au service des clients. Les employés sont le seul point positif de cet hôtel et HIG leur doit une fière chandelle, car il font leur maximum avec l’outil dont ils disposent. La piscine sur le toit est correcte mais ne suffit pas à combles les lacunes de l’infrastructure de cet hôtel.

Hôtel bruyant lié à la proximité de la route. La literie, trop dure et inconfortable. Le “restaurant” même pas digne d’une cafétéria d’entreprise. Petit déjeuner basique et loin des standards d’un 5 étoiles. La plage, non loin de l’hôtel, est rythmée par des descentes d’eaux usées.
