Very good location , the staff is top tier very caring and helpful

The rooms are a bit small , and the dinner in the half board don’t include water.

The staff were lovely and friendly and hotel was clean and quite central

It was extremely noisy all night outside the balcony on the road which is understandable being central but I would have expected good soundproofing to give guests a comfortable sleep, there was also building work next door which was from 5am all day long. The pool is okay however there’s only about 10 loungers and no matter what time you go there’s never a single one free or even chair so we barely made the most of the pool. It was ok, probably wouldn’t stay again

Huge spiders waiting to come in room as outside area was open to the elements which was beautiful but one is not at peace with arachnids

Service: The hospitality here is simply outstanding. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. From check-in to checkout, they went out of their way to make us feel completely taken care of. Food: The dining options are superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality of the meals, with every dish offering fresh, delicious flavors that far exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness: The resort is immaculately maintained. Our room and the public areas were spotlessly clean and fresh every single day, reflecting a high standard of care throughout the entire property.

Overall Experience While the resort has its positive points, our stay fell short of expectations due to several design and comfort issues, leaving us feeling that it lacked good value compared to other options in the area. Key Concerns Cramped Rooms and Bathrooms: Both the room and the bathroom were very small, offering extremely limited bench space. There was practically no room to place or unpack suitcases, making the space feel cluttered and restrictive. Uncomfortable Air-Conditioning: The air-conditioning unit is positioned in a way that blows cold air from the floor directly into your face while lying in bed, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Pool Availability: We only used the pool once during our stay. Finding a spot to relax was difficult due to the very limited number of lounge chairs available. Value for Money: For the same cost, we have stayed in much larger rooms with far better facilities both inside and out. In comparison to other resorts we've visited that offer three restaurants and a huge pool lined with abundant chairs, this property felt underwhelming. Summary While the service and cleanliness were notable, the lack of space and comfort in the room and the limited pool amenities made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. We would hesitate to return given the higher value and comfort available elsewhere.
