Location was great and staff were kind

Food was pretty average. The room was quite small considering that I paid for one of the largest rooms. Bed was quite firm

Samen met mijn zusje verbleef ik hier. De leukste/hipste eettentjes & barretjes waren binnen 10 minuten lopend te bereiken! Locatie was dus echt 10/10. Bij Penny Lane, Mexicola (dit verandert in een club waar iedereen op tafel staat in de avond) en Bottega Italiano hebben wij erg lekker gegeten. De strandtent, The Lawn, was top. La Brisa was het verste weg (20 min wandelen), maar zeker ook een aanrader. Meerdere keren gebruik gemaakt van roomservice, het eten was super lekker en heel snel, je hoefde nog geen half uurtje te wachten. Via whatsapp was er altijd iemand van het hotel die binnen 5 minuten reageerde. Het zwembad was heerlijk en er was altijd wel een plekje te vinden. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hadden altijd een lach op hun gezicht. Daarnaast hebben we heerlijk geslapen. Als wij terugkomen naar Canggu, dan slapen wij zeker hier weer.

I highly recommend this hotel! It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would definitely stay here again. The Highlights The Location: Perfectly situated. It is right in the heart of the center, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. Plus, it’s only a 3-minute walk to the surf beach! Facilities & Service: The resort is very clean and well-equipped. Room service was consistently fast and delicious. The Team: The entire staff was professional, heartwarming, and went above and beyond to fulfill every request. A Special Shoutout A huge thank you to Dody, the Barista at the resort’s coffee stand. Not only does he make incredible coffee, but he is always up for a great conversation. Thank you, Dody! Verdict: Aside from the spa equipment, everything was great. I’ll be back!

Room for Improvement: The Spa I have to mention one negative point in hopes that management will address it. The massage room was a disaster. Instead of a professional massage table, you lie on a regular bed without a headrest. This makes it almost impossible to breathe and creates an unhealthy, uncomfortable position for a massage. It is a shame because the masseuse was clearly skilled and very kind, but the equipment let her down. Please upgrade to proper massage tables!
