parking next to the door

hmmm...it was clean but looked run down. for two adults we got two bath towels, two hand towels and one bath mat. no wash cloths. no coffee condiments in the room. when we got there the fridge wasn't plugged in. the breakfast was Seriously sad...bread products, yogurt, apples. I've never seen a place that had jugs of milk, creamer and juice instead of individual packs. and OMG! THEY HAVE WAY TOO MUCH FLORAL SCENT IN THE ROOM. one of has a sensitivity to artificial scents and we seriously considered moving to a different hotel. I knew it wasn't going to be great when I saw the "no refunds" sign on the front desk.

Nothing really

Stinky, very dirty Hallways, only cereal and bagels for breakfast. Pool wasn't filled up. Pillows sucked, appliances were unplugged. Nothing like the photos. Some jets didn't work in the spa tub

Friendly staff

No pool which was main reason we came. Breakfast was poor.

Good location

Run down, indoor pool was not open, no hot breakfast, not the cleanest

Great place to stay for value

Bed was comfortable.

20 min wait for hot water. Key cards didn’t work well. Weak continental breakfast. Room door didn’t work properly. Pool closed.

I’m sure this would be a fabulous property and receive a better review however, the pool which is what I wanted was not available due to a maintenance issue.
