Hotel Portofino by InsideHome

Nice hotel with smaller rooms and on-street parking. We had a room with balcon with a beautiful view of the canal. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty food. The accommodation included a small swimming pool. The sea can be reached on walking distance.

There's no place to dry swimsuits and towels, no drying rack.

Ideally situated near town centre with possibility of parking and also use of pool.

No lounge space apart from pool where you have to cross the road to reach it.

Good position.

Staff were a but offhand - i suspect becayse they were very short-staffed. The room was noisy due to work on a wooden decking with no offer to reduce the rate. The room badly needed modernising.

I highly recommend this hotel

The balcony was very large with a lovely view.

The room was dirty, the floor hadn't been cleaned and there were crumbs of something, hairs and ants! That bathroom was dusty and there was no shower curtain so the bathroom was totally soaked after a shower. Staff were nowhere to be seen. I had to find someone in the bar for check-in who just handed me the key card after checking my name, nothing else, never saw anyone else at reception during the rest of the stay.
