Hotel Portofino by InsideHome

The Hotel is wonderful, we had so much fun. The location was perfect. The view from our balcony was over the water and the boats. We will be back later this year.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice big room but a pillar at the side of the bed? Big bathroom.

Rude staff both at reception and departure. Very unwelcoming. They can't even say hello or goodbye.

The location, but in all cases all hotels are in a good location as they are on the main road

The arrival was underwhelming by discovering that the pool was not in the hotel but at the other side of the road, so the pictures were misleading. To check-in, the same person serving at the restaurant does the check-in so we had to go look for her around. Check-in was fast as everything was ready. Entering the room, the bedsheets had stains, the fridge cable was cut so, not functioning fridge (we asked for help, and they promised to send someone, but nothing happened) the bathroom showered was leaking and was taped in a strange form to keep leakage to minimum. Time to sleep, the mattress was very hard and the pillows very thin so couldn't really sleep well.
