Love staying here, the location is fabulous! The suites offer a nice upgrade to a larger more spacious room equipped with larger frig. Better towels, more spacious bathing/ dressing/bathroom area. It’s just a wonderful place to stay.
I’d like a discussion with the manager on why when we stay here all the time our reservation wasn’t held for us because we gave booking our credit card but they didn’t charge the room. I called and said we were running late. No problem. We have medical procedure in the morning. Had to find different hotel at 12:00 am. Not happy!
