Atlántico Plaza Apartments

The stay itself was lovely, but the experience of collecting the keys seriously let it down. After travelling for over 7 hours, we were left standing outside in the dark for over an hour, unable to access the room. It was only after eventually managing to reach someone by phone that we were given the lockbox code, information that, I was told, had already been emailed to me. It hadn’t. I triple-checked my inbox, junk, and every folder and nothing. We ended up waiting around an hour and a half just to get inside. It was a deeply frustrating and disappointing start to what should have been a relaxing break. This process needs to be more reliable — no one should have to go through that kind of stress on arrival.

Great sea view from apartment. Close to everything. very clean and spacious.

Not much. And nothing bad.

Need new pillows - very uncomfortable, but apart from that everything was great. Highly recommend apartment.

Entrar a limpiar sin previo aviso! Me parece una falta de respeto a la privacidad, aparte de es eso pegando gritos y despertando a las personas como si nada! No me agradó en lo absoluto
