The staff was very nice and helpful, they answered any question we had about our stay. They even suggested changing rooms, when we decided to go elsewhere. One big plus, that we only had to pay for one night that we stayed at this homestay.

Our room was on a main street side, so it was so loud we didn't get any rest. There was no difference between closed and open windows/doors for sound. Breakfast was disappointing. We decided to quickly change hotels. We knew it was far from Tam Coc, but it felt way farther after a long day's walk in the evening.

This is a lovely Homestay. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious and very comfy. Great to have the desk and chair to do my work. Although the Guest House is 2 kms from the town and 5kms to Tra An lake area, I really enjoyed being away from the town which is quite touristy(still a pretty town though). The area had more of a local vibe. I have a special diet and the staff allowed me to use their kitchen which was such a bonus. There's the local markets just a few hundred metres away with amazing and cheap produce. A few doors down is a great place for local style breakfast and about 100 metres the other way is a cute local cafe that do good, strong iced coffees. Getting to Tra An is very easy, just 200 metres and you're on the main road that leads there. I had an unpleasant guest house experience in Hanoi so it was lovely to be at such nice guest house with lovely people.

Some of the rooms(mine) do face the road so there is some traffic noise but its quiet when i sleep though.

- The homestay is owned by a friendly family and u can even have dinner with them to make ur experience more valuable - We took 2 dinners and it was amazing food - Room is big and bed confy - We rented bikes for half day and they made special price for us, thanks for that

- Cleaning was very poor, specially the bathroom, even when they cleaned "again" my room on 2 or 3rd day they just gave me clean towels and made the bed. Floor of my room was dirty during all my stay and that made me feel unconfortable. -They close the main door even with you inside. It can be very dangerous, imagine a fire and u can not go out! Tourists dont have the key from main door and u have to go room by room searching the family for them to open the door -Breakfast is fried egg sandwich + cucumber + small banana, its good, but I missed some tea or coffee also -Is quite far from center, about 30 min walking

Nice stay, good location. The family was kind and really helpfull. Motorbike rent, breakfast, laundy, everything was excelent. We would like to recommend sou this stay to you🥰

Comfy beds and spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

A little out of the way from the main area but only a 20 minute walk which was quite nice.
