ITWhat can we say? It was like being welcomed into family. We arrived early at an impossible hour, and they welcomed us without any problems. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The scooter allowed us to explore new places every day, even those farther away. It's a real family run home and you really get the sense of hospitality that we will cherish in our hearts. Thank you so much and hope to see you again!

USThe owner was very nice and the room is very comfortable. The AC works wonderful and the hot water feels nice! Also breakfast was delicious and they cleaned every day for us! Also they let us park our bike inside each day.
The window in the bathroom is hard to close so if you leave it open flies will fly into the bathroom but if you close it the bathroom will smell like mildew. Also it’s very inconvenient if you like to come home late because they lock the door so early so you have to wait each time for them to open, but they do always open it for you
GBVery helpful staff who accommodated us after our night bus arrived 2 hours early at 4:30am. The location was just in the outskirts of tam coc which meant less traffic and noise which was nice.
The breakfast is definitely not for the western taste so I probably wouldn’t book it with the hopes of an easy breakfast.
DEVery friendly family. Scooter rental for 120k/day. Very good price. Even let us take a shower in the evening before we had to catch our bus to Sapa.
Could not get into the Homestay after 10 pm by ourselves, but the family always opened the door in very little time.

GBThe family were so lovely. They went above and beyond to help me, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than with them. Without them I would not have been able to continue my travels after I had accidentally left my passport on a bus. They managed to help me get it back! Other than that, they are a lovely family and the room itself was clean, AC worked well and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast was a nice extra. The price was great too! I would stay again!!

GBReally helpful and friendly staff, makes you feel like you are part of their house without it being daunting at all as the rooms are very separate. The aircon was the best we have had our whole trip. Bike rental was extremely handy for a group that doesn’t drive.
