Hoi An Riverlight

The staff was super friendly and I felt very welcome here. My room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the river was great. The location was also perfect, enough at the action and far enough away for a quiet night. When I'm back in Hoi An, I'll come back here.

It was close to the old town and the owner was accommodating. She even helped me with my luggage during check in. The room was also very big especially for 1. Facilities were OK and functioning. It was across the river and few minutes walk from old town. It's also in the description that they only have stairs, no elevators, so it's just fair and the guest can decide beforehand.

There are certain times that cars can't get into the street as what the airport pickup transport told me. However, it's just a few minutes walk from the main road.

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Better value because offset from the city center. Owner was nice enough to let me use the washing machine.

Temperature control was a hassle as the room was on the last story of the building and the AC didn't seem to be strong enough to cool the room. No ventilation in the bathroom except a window that opened onto the lobby - not an option when using the bathroom.

Great location right on the river not n rhe toiuristy part of town but close enough to walk everywhere

The lady at reception (I think it was the owner) was lovely. Very helpful with everything.

The bed was as hard as granite! I’ve heard allot of beds in Vietnam are hard. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels all over Vietnam, from Saigon to Hanoi, and most places in between, but this bed was the hardest! Great if you suffer from a bad back I imagine.
