Service, room, amenities were all excellent. Room was very spacious. Located a 5 min walk from hustle and bustle of Old Town. Electric fan, fridge and hairdryer supplied. Kitchen for hot water and drinks.

Property was as described.

Great location for visiting old town and quick taxi journey and your at da nang beach so best of both worlds Staff where friendly Place was very clean

There was a motor bike rental shop next door which was busy and loud from 5am and our room was front facing. The description of river view is misleading, the window is high and there's flower shrubs outside so to see the river you'd have to stand on your toes! The entrance to hotel is pretty open and often left unattended

Was in a very good location and the staff are extremely friendly, I lost my credit card and they were very very helpful(calling the bank for me and taking me to the bank for no extra cost). Would recommend staying here as a solo traveller!

We loved our time in Hoi An and we loved this hotel! The staff are lovely and very helpful. You can book day trips with them and ask them what to do for fun. The room was so clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The shower didn’t drain very well so the floor was a little slippery for a while after but they have rubber slippers to use in the room

Great location, the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything for transfer to booking tours. The room was clean and nice we really enjoyed our stay!:)

The room was lovely and tastefully decorated with an spacious bathroom. I enjoyed the view from the balcony over the river, a nice spot for a morning coffee. The location is great just a short and pleasant walk into the old town, but far enough away to be quiet.

Not a problem as such, just be aware that there's no elevator.

Great location, great staff who was very helpful, understanding and friendly. Very lovely place in a very lovely city :)
